The intelligences of nature are, like us, extensional aspects of (distributive) biocognition on Earth. In many (but not all) ways, we are at the top of this unimaginable web of relational and ecological intelligences. Since we do not acknowledge it as even existing, it is largely invisible to our science, world-model, and rationality. In many ways, one can say the same thing of the human brain. Yet imagine the repercussions if this was confused, with, for example, a machine. Or, if you prefer, simply live them out. For this is the context we now inhabit.
