My creativity is vastly more powerful when I am hungry. Maybe this is why many artists do not value wealth. It means food. Which means less hunger. Which means … the decline of one’s art. And thus we come to the origin of starving artists. And why all those people who eat steak 7 times a day… aren’t exactly Rembrandts and Einsteins. I’ll bet they both had to be reminded to eat. Not because they were not hungry. Because they were on fire.
