Mosquitoes know when they have been seen. No matter from where. Across the room, in the air, anything. They know when I have seen them. And they move the moment I turn away (so that I cannot track them that way). But I can track them the same way they know they have been seen. I capture and release them now. But if humans wanted to look for extra senses, mosquitoes would be an interesting place to do some research.
