“It is rather obvious what, precisely, it was that the Angel of Division gave them at the Tree of Knowledge: the capacity to represent categories. Good and Evil, are, you see, categories.

When the Angel explained that ‘You will not actually die…’, it was generating the first division, between figurative and literal ideas. This was the inception event — the cut that would become a billion deaths.

The ‘sin’ that would be ‘inherited’ by all children of human beings: formally representation cognition; language, knowledge, courtrooms, accounting methods, and… categories.

The other Tree was of Communion. Undivided, undividing.

Both were essential; like the hemispheres of our cerebral cortex. One, however, was domineering… also like these hemispheres.

And when the Angel divided their minds, the Tree of Life became inaccessible. Guarded by the Angel of the Antidote; ‘who spins a sword in all directions at once’.

Like the spokes of a wheel, founded upon a point, that (when spun) becomes a sphere in three(+2) dimensions. In which all angles are no angle whatsoever…”
